More importantly the customer service is absolutely incredible. We had a minor issue a year after we bought it. I called and Mr Kimball Johnson. He said I’ll have the parts to you asap. They had everything to fix what we broke plus directions and he said if we have any issues to call they will walk us through it. There are a few decent looking skids out there. Some may be cheaper but you will get what you pay for. The Kimtek firelight is very well thought out and very well built. But the most important thing to me is how they take care of the customers. They take care of them very well.”
